Therapies We Offer
Evidence-based therapeutic approaches carefully selected to address your unique mental health needs and support your wellness journey
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral therapy or CBT is a form of psychotherapy that involves identifying and changing distressing negative thought patterns that have a negative effect on one's emotions and behaviors. It entails dealing with psychological issues that come from unhealthy patterns of thinking and behaviors and emphasizes on learning healthier ways to cope with them leading to decrease in symptoms and more effective living.
Trauma Informed Approaches
It aims in understanding that traumatic experiences significantly influence an individual's emotions, behaviors, cognitions, and interpersonal functioning. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, it emphasizes on safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration and empowerment as core principles.
Gestalt Therapy
It focuses on the present moment and teaches one to become more aware of their thoughts, feelings and actions, instead of getting stuck in the past or worrying about the future. It encourages them to take responsibility for their experiences and understand how past issues may still affect them today.
Mindfulness-Based Interventions
It is a form of therapy where we use an approach rooted in grounding one to the reality of the situation, promoting increased self-awareness of their physical, emotional and mental health while staying in the present moment, without being judgmental.
Supportive Psychotherapy
It focuses on supporting clients by supporting them with long term issues and managing their emotional distress rather than dealing with the deep-seated trauma involved with the issues. It concentrates on dealing with the here and now problems like work stress, interpersonal conflicts, motivation and reframing of negative thoughts.
Cognitive Rehabilitation
It is a method where we focus on helping individuals with cognitive deficits caused by injury, illness or old age to recover or maintain existing cognitive functioning. It can include strategies designed to restore or improve abilities such as memory, attention and problem-solving skills.
Therapy for Children & Adolescents
Children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges can be supported through approaches that help them share and understand their feelings. These methods focus on building healthy coping skills and guiding them to express emotions in safe ways by encouraging emotional regulation, development of coping strategies and improvement in social and communication skills.

7 months of therapy
"It's been about seven months since I started therapy with Sherin, and I can see a significant positive difference in the way I respond to situations. As someone who is generally introverted and usually keeps to myself, I really value the safe space my therapist has created for me to open up and express myself. She's been patient, listened to all my concerns, and offered practical advice. This journey has truly improved the quality of my life and helped me find peace within."

Ongoing therapy
"I was honestly very sceptical about therapy in the beginning. While I wanted to give it a try, I was scared. But when I met Sherin and we started our sessions, week by week I began to feel more organised. The overwhelming thoughts and feelings I carried started to find direction and meaning. Sherin truly listens, understands what you're going through, and shares insights that help you see things from a new perspective. I've been seeing her for some time now, and trust me when I say - I have started to have happy moments."

Several months
"I have been under therapy with Sherin for a few months now and it's been amazing. She has helped me in ways I thought wasn't possible and even surprises me each time to arrive at certain aspects which are completely out of the box. She's extremely good at her work, never rushes me to arrive at conclusions and always patiently helps me arrive at new outlooks to the problem. The amount of professionalism she exhibits while creating a safe and comfortable space is amazing."

Trauma recovery
"I met Sherin when I was going through a very tough and traumatizing event. I get anxious uncontrollably sometimes and have self image issues too. But talking to her made me become a better person in whole. While I was going through the journey of healing myself through that horrible event, Sherin was there to remind me and help me that I am everything I seek and there is nothing life can put you through that you cannot get out of."
